The Singapore Premium & Custom Flower Guide
新加坡精致定制送花指南
Everything to know before you order flowers in Singapore — same-day delivery, customising a personalised bouquet, choosing the right arrangement, what each colour says, and how to keep fresh flowers looking their best for longer.
Flower Delivery in Singapore: What to Expect
新加坡送花服务须知
Ordering flowers online in Singapore usually comes down to three questions: how fast can it arrive, does it cover my area, and will it actually look like the photo. At Estiva, every bouquet is fresh and hand-tied to order by our florists rather than pulled pre-made from a fridge, and delivery covers the whole island — from the CBD and Orchard Road to the East, West, North and North-East, including Jurong, Tampines, Punggol, Woodlands and Sengkang.
For same-day flower delivery in Singapore, place your order before 2pm and let us know your preferred delivery window at checkout; we'll confirm the exact slot by WhatsApp. Next-day and scheduled delivery (for a specific birthday or anniversary date) are both available too — just note the date in your order.
A few things that affect delivery
- Building access. Condos and offices with security desks may need a little extra lead time — let us know if there's a specific drop-off point.
- Time-sensitive dates. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas week get booked out fast — earlier ordering means a wider choice of slots.
- Delivery cost. Islandwide delivery is currently free on all orders while we celebrate our launch (through 30 September) — otherwise it's a flat S$15, no matter the postal code.
Browse the full bouquet collection, or WhatsApp us directly if you need something delivered within the next couple of hours.

Choosing the Right Bouquet for Every Occasion
不同场合如何选择花束
The occasion usually narrows things down faster than the flowers themselves. Here's how we'd generally point people, though it's never a strict rule — plenty of our customers happily send a "Grand" arrangement for no reason at all.
Birthdays
Something bright and a little playful tends to land well — think sunflower or carnation mixes in the Prima or Signature range (from S$78). If it's a milestone birthday, the Premium collection adds more volume and presence for the same celebratory feel.
Anniversaries & romantic gifting
Rose-forward arrangements are the classic choice — our Signature and Grand collections lean into deep reds and soft blush tones for exactly this. A card with a short, specific memory (not just "happy anniversary") tends to matter more than the bouquet size.
Congratulations & new job / graduation
Structured, tidy arrangements read as more "professional" than loose garden-style bouquets — our Premium tier, with its cleaner lines, is a popular pick for office deliveries and graduation gifts.
Sympathy & get-well
Softer, quieter palettes — whites, creams and pale greens — are generally more appropriate than bold reds. Message us directly for sympathy arrangements; we're happy to adjust colours and tone for the occasion.
Just because
Our Prima collection (from S$78) exists mostly for this — an easy, unfussy bouquet that doesn't need an occasion attached to it.
You can filter the full collection by colour, price and who it's for to narrow things down further, or WhatsApp us the occasion and we'll suggest two or three options.

Custom & Personalised Bouquets: Making It Truly Yours
定制花束:打造专属于您的花艺作品
A luxury look doesn't require a luxury price tag. What makes a bouquet feel premium isn't the number on the receipt — it's how closely it matches the person receiving it. Every arrangement on our site, including the Prima collection from S$78, can be treated as a starting point rather than a fixed product: tell us what to change, and our florists will personalise it before it's made.
What can be customised
- Colour palette — swap in (or out) specific shades to match a personal favourite, a brand's colours for a corporate gift, or an outfit for an event.
- Flower selection — request specific blooms (roses, peonies, hydrangeas) or ask us to avoid ones with strong scents or allergy concerns.
- Size and scale — most bouquets can be scaled up into a grander, more premium statement piece, or kept compact for a desk or side table.
- Wrapping and presentation — from minimalist paper to a fuller, boxed arrangement, plus a personalised handwritten card message.
- Budget-first customisation — tell us a number and the occasion, and we'll design the most premium-looking arrangement that fits it, rather than working backwards from a fixed product.
Fully bespoke work
Beyond customising an existing bouquet, our Bespoke Arrangements service covers one-off, fully personalised floral design — weddings, corporate events, retail openings, and installations built around a specific space rather than a single vase. This is where "luxury" stops being a tier and becomes a design brief: we work from your palette, your venue and your budget.
There's no separate "custom" checkout flow — simply message us on WhatsApp with what you have in mind (an occasion, a colour, a reference photo, or just a budget), and we'll quote and confirm the personalised design before anything is made.

Bouquet Colour Guide: What Each Colour Says
花束色系指南
Colour carries most of the "message" in a bouquet before a single word is read off the card. A rough guide, if you're deciding between two otherwise similar arrangements:
White — clean, respectful, versatile. Safe for almost any occasion, including sympathy.
Pink — soft, affectionate. The most common choice for birthdays and "thinking of you."
Red — romantic, bold. Anniversaries, Valentine's Day, and strong declarations.
Purple — elegant, a little unexpected. Works well for admiration without full-on romance.
Yellow — cheerful, friendly. Good for congratulations, new beginnings, and cheering someone up.
Blue — calm, distinctive. Less traditional, often chosen by people who want something that doesn't look like everyone else's bouquet.
None of this is a rule you need to follow closely — if you already know you want red roses for a birthday, that's completely fine. It's simply a starting point when you're choosing between a few options and can't decide. You can filter the bouquet collection by colour directly on the shop page.

How to Make Your Fresh Flowers Last Longer
如何延长鲜花保鲜时间
Fresh bouquets in Singapore's climate face one main enemy: heat and humidity speeding up bacterial growth in the water. A few simple habits make a real difference to how long an arrangement stays presentable.
- Re-cut the stems at a 45° angle as soon as the bouquet arrives, and again every 2–3 days — this reopens the stem so it can actually absorb water.
- Change the water every one to two days, and rinse the vase each time. Cloudy water is bacteria, and bacteria is what kills flowers early.
- Keep it away from direct sun, air-conditioner vents and fruit bowls — ripening fruit releases ethylene gas, which speeds up wilting.
- Strip any leaves that would sit below the waterline; submerged foliage rots fast and clouds the water within a day.
- Use the flower food sachet if one was included — it balances the water's pH and gives the blooms a bit of sugar to keep going.
With basic care, most of our arrangements comfortably hold for five to seven days, sometimes longer for hardier blooms like carnations and chrysanthemums. If a bouquet you received doesn't look right within the first day or two, message us — we stand behind what we deliver.
